First off, it's a challenge because all these things are challenging. Even more than that... We all want to be BETTER. How do to we create a "Better YOU"?

What make implementing wellness into your life challenging is the fact that we all need some sort of guidance and/or accountability. All too often we hit a snag like "I don't know what to do..." or "What should I eat?" or "When do I eat?" or "Is my workout good enough?" or "What is meditation and how do I do it?" If you've ever asked yourself any of these questions or anything remotely similar to this, this challenge is for YOU!

What support do I have?

When you purchase this challenge you'll get a dedicated coach to help you through all the questions you might have. First though email, then though the "Better YOU" app, you'll have communication with your coach all along the way. If it's a tech issue and for some reason your coach can't help, we have a very knowledgeable tech teach waiting to help you figure it out.

What results will I get?

This is a VERY loaded question... The reality is you'll get out what you put in. Our coaches are here to support and guide you as much as possible but if you don't show up and put forth the effort there's nothing we can do for you. That being said, we've seen people have amazing, life changing results.

Why not just get a personal trainer?

This is great question. Because for a long time, as a personal trainer, I made this statement: "Most people need a personal trainer because you'll never get a better workout than the one you get with someone pushing you the way a trainer should."

This is still a true statement. However, as I continually grow throughout my life I've come to realized what we all really need is a coach. A personal trainer can not provide you the support and guidance you'll receive when you commit to the "Better YOU" challenge. A personal trainer is there for you when you're training with them, that is it. With our app you'll have the ability to communicate with your coach regularly and we provide you the resources needed to push yourself and help you create the Best YOU.
